One of the best experience i ever had in my career. The teacher has lots of experience which resulted well satisfied answers. Lab manual provided was too good for instant hands on experience. Presentations has worthy information.

Useful setup with clear viewing and access to both pc and router.
Provided clear notes, examples and feedback based on his Cisco professional experience which was both valuable and reassuring for my learning experience.
It was important to have both the texts and tools such as Packet Tracer available for use at home 24/7.
The availability to send an email to Matt for a response before next class was also reassuring.
I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to attend IT Futures if they are interested in obtaining their CCNA or any other certification.

It was Amazing experience and good environment to learn about the course in detail.

It gives me great pleasure to write a few words about the fantastic instructor led training i received for my ITIL exam preparation at IT Futures. The following key points of that course enabled me to achieve a very high score at the exam.
1) The training was conducted by an expert trainer who had a solid understanding in service management gained through many years of industrial experience and conducting training workshops in service life cycle management. The real life examples given to us for simplifying text book scenarios were remarkable.

I did MCITP from here last month. The course was well structured and delivered. I learned the required skills to perform a job and for the examination view. The instructor had a good knowledge and experience about the course which helped me improved my knowledge. I have been working for one the leading school management software providers for the past 3 1/2 years and felt that i needed to take this course to assist with my current work and to get an understanding of how a system administrator will look at problems when certain issues arise within an organization. a system administrator is one of the most important job postions or role within an organization and its important to understand the different aspects and different angles a system administrator would need to look at or would be dealing with when troubleshooting server/system related issues.
though i have dealt with active directory and server related issues at my work place, this course has given me a better understanding of these topics and other related topics as well as providing better solution mechanisms and problem solving techniques.

I am Dinesh Hewagamege and i have enrolled in this course to get qualified in MCITP which currently has a good demand in IT industry and my ultimate target was to get a job in Server administration field which i specified in my bacholors.
After finishing my bachelors i have been working as an administrative assistant in an education sector for couple of years but i did something completely different what i learned at the Uni. I have been gain so much out of this course and danti given us a good support with his experience in the industry rather than passing the subject. The way he tought us and share his experience,challenges in the field which i think rather important when you work in industry.After finishing this course enhance my confidence in server management industry work and that feeling never comes to me even after i finish 3 year degree at the Uni.

I'm one of the student of ITfuture in 2011.I completed my MCITP in june.I want express my concern over ITFuture,which I Found preety good and immaculate while I was attending the class. The Staff was preety easy going and friendly.
I was attending MCITP course because I want involve myself as a Network Engineer after completing.To achieve that milestone, I found MCITP was a right course. Instructor(Danti) was a nice and friendly to get that knowledge. Danti was having different approch of study,His approch of study, was real time experince and more focus on practical.Before joinig to ITFuture, I want to get more practical and real time work experince,which I found during the MCITP Class.
All my instuctors were having exellent knowledge.The management was also very easy going.All the staff of ITfuture gave me right direction towards to achieve my destination.At last I would like to say that it was good fun during spending time with ITfuture while I complteted MCITP.
