I have been working for one the leading school management software providers for the past 3 1/2 years and felt that i needed to take this course to assist with my current work and to get an understanding of how a system administrator will look at problems when certain issues arise within an organization. a system administrator is one of the most important job postions or role within an organization and its important to understand the different aspects and different angles a system administrator would need to look at or would be dealing with when troubleshooting server/system related issues.
